Maybe you have an idea of a style you desire, but are feeling overwhelmed or uninspired. This is where we come into play! We will inspire you to love and have fun with the party planning process from the moment we start planning to the conclusion of your event. We are devoted to turning your dream celebration into a reality. We work closely with all of our preferred vendors to bring your unique style and vision to life. We take pride in our attention to detail, creative designs and the ability to remain calm during stressful situations. So sit back and relax while we plan and fully coordinate your special event.
Services Include:
- Unlimited phone and email communication up until the event
- Up to two planning consultations including a venue walk-through
- Assistance with vendor selection and negotiation with vendors to meet your budget
- Event design suggestions and a digital design board
- Vendor confirmation and day-of vendor coordination/management
- Day-of timeline
- Day-of set-up and tear-down of décor (excluding structures)
- Full execution of event schedule (up to 6 hours on-site the day of your event)
- Supervision and coordination of all vendors
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities
