This package is perfect for the busy couple that needs every single detail of their wedding day planned and executed for them. Don’t worry we are here to curate a unique and memorable event for you and your guests! We will handle all of the logistics detail by detail leaving you with a beautifully unique event that will be talked about for years to come. From event design to timelines and vendor negotiating we got you covered. All of our couples get to decide how involved they would like to be, but it is also our job to inspire you to thoroughly enjoy the planning process. We work closely with our trusted vendors to bring your desired vision to life. From the moment we start planning to the last call at reception we will be fully dedicated to you and your special day.
Services Include:
- Unlimited phone and email communication up until the event
- Venue and vendor selection/negotiation to meet your budget
- Up to eight planning consultations including three-venue walk-throughs, a timeline meeting, various vendor meetings, and more
- Full event design and digital design boards
- Guidance with music selection
- Attire suggestions
- Budget management and budget tracking spreadsheet
- Vendor confirmation 1 month prior and day-of vendor coordination/management
- A detailed day-of timeline for vendors, bridal party, and families
- Ceremony order/layout and digital reception floor plan
- Attend and coordinate ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to the ceremony
- Day-of set-up and tear-down of all décor and props (excluding structures)
- Full execution of wedding day schedule (up to 12 hours on-site the day of your event)
- Supervision and coordination of all wedding vendors
- Transfer of décor from ceremony to reception (excluding structures)
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities
