We will inspire you to love and have fun with the planning process from the moment we start planning to the conclusion of your event. We are devoted to turning your dream wedding into a reality. We work closely with all of our preferred vendors to bring your unique style and vision to life. We take pride in our attention to detail, creative designs and the ability to remain calm during stressful situations. So sit back and relax while we plan and fully coordinate your special day.
Services Include:
Unlimited phone and email communication up until the event
Up to four planning consultations including two-venue walk-throughs and a timeline meeting
Assistance with vendor selection and negotiation with vendors to meet your budget
Event design suggestions and a digital design board
Attire suggestions
Access to a digital budget tracking spreadsheet
Vendor confirmation and day-of vendor coordination/management
A detailed day-of timeline
Ceremony order/layout and digital reception floor plan
Attend and coordinate ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to the ceremony
Day-of set-up of décor (excluding structures)
Full execution of wedding day schedule (up to 12 hours on-site the day of your event)
Transfer of decor from ceremony to reception (excludes structures)
